Our professional design services include the following:
Customized design as per your requirements within the Inarc Designs modules
Helping you visualize your space using base 3d-modeling software – Sketchup.
High-Quality 3d renders only for Bedrooms, Kitchens, and Living Dining rooms which are part of the order with Inarc Designs: you can see your home in 3Ds
Professional design services will be provided for a period of 60 days from the date of sign-up with Inarc Designs with a free extension of 15 days in case of delays. After 75 days, Inarc Designs
will be available to help with Selections, monitoring the work at the site as per Inarc Designs standards and advice, at no extra cost, for the duration of the project and as per the terms and conditions of
selection visits based on order value. However, an extension of design services is available for `25,000 for 21 days.
Electrical modification plans and false ceiling plans are issued only if they some pre-ordered with Inarc Designs.
Material selections and recommendations are only provided for the order with Inarc Designs
Loose Furniture, Lighting, Wallpaper, wall decor recommendations, and selections are part of selection visits

The custom design process starts after you sign up with & have paid the 5% advance

Yes, you can 🙂 We believe your home should be Inspired by You and therefore perfect for you and your design team is happy to make relevant changes to the design based on the written feedback
change request form. We do not limit you to the number of design iterations, however, before any iterations on the first design. the next stage of payment will be triggered, ie. 15% of the order value.
Post this payment you can keep making further iterations till you are satisfied.

Although our team takes great care to understand you & craft a designer home specific to your tastes, if, by any chance you are unhappy with the design presented, our team will re-work all the designs
after a further consult and then call you for a revised design presentation.

 Our team takes the atmost care to ensure that your home stays protected during our installation process. We can also cover all switches and flooring to ensure that is protected to
the maximum level possible. This protection is optional and chargeable at `25/sft of your flat-covered area

 Our trained team of installers takes care of all your furniture and design-related installations: We Design it. We install it. This is the best way to ensure that your home looks exactly

and our team will take care of everything. All extra services like civil work, electrical, false coiling, etc. can be taken up by Inarc Designs These will be based on our standard fixed rates
which include labour management and installation on your behalf. The Final cost of these services will be calculated as per actuals after signup, site visits & measurements and will be
part of your final estimate or bill.

At Inarc Designs we have tested certain materials and finishes which we believe work best for Indian conditions and we work only with these materials. All our fixed furniture is offered with

 At Inarc Designs, we work only with the best national and international brands, sourcing directly from them: Hettich, Grass, Merino, St Gobain, Asian Paints, and Greenlam are a few brands we
work with. For a detailed reference, a material in brands we work with plane check your estimate or ask your dedicated Inarc Designs to share the list

Unfortunately no. Since we are a fully backward-integrated company and each raw material used by us is tested to ensure uniform quality, we cannot work with any other brand than those
specified by us. This is mainly as we know after our intensive research, that that works best and will last you the longest in India conditions. We’ve already done the research and hard work, so
you don’t have to worry about quality

The first Inarc Designs estimate given to you is based on your first interaction with our Inarc Designs at our Office and captures all your specified requirements. The price is calculated based on
the floor plan shared by you or available online, which means that the sizes are tentative and subject to change based on actual measurements or a change in requirements. Your Presentation
will contain Unit costs and sizes as well as the Finish of the products, so please go through them carefully. As a standard practice, all first presentations go out with the finish as laminate unless
specifically mentioned otherwise.
Note:- reference images shared in the estimate are just that for reference, and our team will create a custom design just for you, once you sign up with us. Costs may differ depending on your
finalized design, however, our team is always conscious of your budget and will aim to stick within the stipulated budget given to us.

 Each product is costed individually based on its size, its design, the material finishes and hardware used, as well as the inside storage details. The prices are generated dynamically by our in
house software, giving you full flexibility to create designer homes
